A snack recipe using the oh so delicious Coco Dolce Chocolates! There’s a lot to love about Coco Dolce Chocolates. They’re chocolates made with the good stuff – coconut oil and sweetened only with coconut sugar. So creamy and rich, it’s quite hard to believe they’re healthy and that’s why we’ve chosen this particular chocolate for a satisfying Chunky Monkey Pudding!
This recipe is sweet, filling, creamy with a bit of crunch and loaded with superfoods. Again, you wouldn’t believe it’s healthy!
Ingredients:
2 tbsps chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsps carob
1 banana, sliced
2 dates, chopped
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp granola
3 blocks of Coco Dolce Chocolate, chopped
Method:
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk for at least 10 minutes. Add vanilla and carob on soaked chia seeds and mix and place chia mixture in a jar. Top with fresh sliced bananas, granola, peanut butter, dates, cacao nibs and Coco Dolce Chocolates. Have it for breakfast or afternoon snack or have it for your late night cravings!
