Making your own fermented foods is one of the best and simplest things you can do to improve your gut and overall health. In this workshop, we will teach you how to make fermented vegetables, drinks and discuss the importance of gut health.
We’ll teach you how to make tasty krauts and probiotic drinks, as well as a variety of brined vegetables. You’ll leave with 3 jars of veggies to take home and a handout.
