Ginger Lemon Shot Recipe

Ingredients

1 large knob ginger (50g)

1 large knob turmeric (50g)

1/2 lemon, peeled

 

Method

Place all ingredients in a juicer or blender (if you want to retain the fiber) and pulse until all ingredients are mixed together. Pour into a shot glass and drink the shot at once!

 

It’s best to take this ginger lemon shot first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s a great remedy when you’ve got the flu, to keep your overall health in top shape or when you need a morning kick.
