Apple Cinnamon Date Overnight Oats

Everyone in the wellness world is having overnight oats for breakfast, and believe me once you taste it you’ll find yourself having these every morning. The great thing about it is that since you’ll be preparing this the night before, you can have it instantly the next day. That’s what we call healthy fast food. Perfect for those days when things get busy!
Ingredients:
½ cup greek yogurt
½ cup  rolled oats
½ cup almond milk/hazelnut milk or any non-dairy milk of your choice
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cream cheese
5 slices of apple or fruit of your choice
1 tbsp dried fruit such as raisins and cranberries
2 dates, chopped
Method:
Combine rolled oats, almond milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, cream cheese and greek yogurt in a bowl and mix until smooth. Place in a mason jar and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Serve for breakfast the next day, top with apples and dates!
