The latest fitness trend that’s got celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson hooked! Paddleboard Yoga is a combination of yoga and standup paddleboard. Sessions are done on water and since the surface is unstable, you will be working with your core muscles to keep your balance. 
Hoping we can have this activity for our Flow retreats in the future!
