Summer Sunshine Smoothie Recipe

Living in a tropical country means an abundance in fresh, pulpy mangoes. Take advantage of this local fruit with this nourishing smoothie recipe. This Summer Sunshine Smoothie is loaded with raw enzymes, fiber and vitamin C  from mangoes and oranges,  hemp and turmeric superfoods, which you will need to get through the day. Have it for breakfast when you are in a rush to work or drink a full glass as a post-workout refreshment.
Ingredients:
1 mango, frozen
1 orange, peeled
1 tsp vanilla hemp protein
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup coconut water
Method:
Take all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in a tall glass and serve immediately.
Enjoy on a hot, sunny, summer morning!
